- The mandatory online check-in (registration form) must be completed before arrival (the check-in instructions contain a link)

- Please be quiet in the apartment/house with respect to the neighbors and do not sit on the balcony after 10pm!

- Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, please use the ashtrays provided for this purpose

- Making music, bringing pets or throwing parties is not allowed

- No reception/visit from other guests

- No illegal use of the internet

- Please leave the bathroom door open after showering

- An amount of 200 € will be charged if the keys are lost

- Waste separation: Everything organic goes in the green bin in the kitchen, everything else (apart from glass) goes in the silver/black bin in the kitchen. Please put bottles and glasses next to the bin in the kitchen.

- The use of the apartment for purposes other than accommodation is expressly prohibited. In particular, this includes any commercial or illegal use. In the event of a breach, a contractual penalty of at least €250 will be due, further claims for damages remain reserved.

Please note that a violation of the house rules can lead to a cancellation of your booking!
